Laravelone.co.in may require document checks, background verification, skill review, interview, reference checks, or additional information before approving or continuing a listing.
2. Independent Status
Unless a separate written employment agreement is signed, developers using the platform act as independent professionals or contractors. The exact tax and payout treatment must be confirmed based on the final written arrangement and applicable law.
3. Profile, Listings, and Claims

4. Professional Conduct
Developers must communicate professionally, protect client information, meet agreed timelines where possible, disclose blockers early, follow platform workflows, and avoid harassment, spam, payment circumvention, client poaching, abusive conduct, or misuse of access.
5. Payments, Commission, Deductions, and Payouts
Client payments may be collected by Laravelone.co.in. Laravelone.co.in may deduct platform commission, payment gateway charges, refunds, penalties, applicable taxes, TDS where applicable, adjustments, or approved deductions before disbursing the balance to the Developer. Payout schedules may depend on milestone acceptance, hourly-cycle approval, dispute status, payment settlement, KYC completion, and banking timelines.
6. Taxes, Invoices, and Statements
Developers are responsible for their own tax registration, filings, professional tax, GST obligations, income tax, and accounting unless expressly handled in writing by Laravelone.co.in. Laravelone.co.in may issue payout statements, invoices, commission records, TDS certificates such as Form 16A for eligible non-salary payments, or other records required by law. Form 16 applies only to salary or employment arrangements. Any reference to salary, contractor payout, professional fee, Form 16A, or Form 16 must be validated by a qualified tax advisor for the final relationship.
7. Delivery Standards
Developers should use reasonable professional care, test deliverables, avoid malicious code, document material assumptions, disclose third-party dependencies, and respect open-source licenses. Developers should not introduce security backdoors, unapproved trackers, license violations, or undisclosed paid dependencies.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Developers must keep client credentials, source code, business data, personal data, pricing, internal communication, and project documents confidential. Access must be used only for the relevant engagement and must be returned, removed, or deleted when no longer required, subject to lawful retention needs.
9. Intellectual Property
Custom work created for a paid client engagement may be assigned or licensed according to the written project terms after full payment and payout clearance. Developers retain ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable know-how, generic snippets, personal libraries, unrelated portfolio assets, and open-source contributions unless expressly assigned in writing.
10. Non-Circumvention
Developers must not bypass Laravelone.co.in to avoid platform fees, commission, tracking, approvals, or payment flows for leads, clients, or projects introduced through the platform. Laravelone.co.in may suspend profiles, hold payouts, or seek recovery for proven circumvention.
11. Disputes, Holds, and Corrections
Laravelone.co.in may review project scope, client communications, time logs, deliverables, payment records, and quality concerns before releasing payouts. Payouts may be paused during material disputes, suspected fraud, refund requests, chargebacks, or policy investigations. Developers may be required to correct in-scope defects within a reasonable period.
12. Suspension, Removal, and Termination
Laravelone.co.in may restrict or remove a developer profile for misleading information, failed verification, repeated complaints, poor quality, non-delivery, policy breach, payment circumvention, unlawful activity, security risk, abusive conduct, or reputational harm. Termination does not remove obligations relating to confidentiality, payments, taxes, intellectual property, indemnity, or disputes.
13. Indemnity
The Developer agrees to indemnify Laravelone.co.in, clients, and related representatives against claims arising from misrepresentation, infringement, license violations, data misuse, malicious code, confidentiality breach, tax non-compliance, non-delivery, or breach of this agreement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laravelone.co.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, loss-of-income, loss-of-opportunity, loss-of-data, or reputational damages. Any platform liability is limited to unpaid, undisputed developer payouts specifically due for the relevant engagement, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Force Majeure
Laravelone.co.in and the Developer will not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, health emergencies, cyberattacks, internet outages, cloud failures, payment gateway failures, government restrictions, legal orders, labor disruption, war, civil unrest, or third-party service failures.
