Scenario 1
Marketplace developer hire
A triparty model between Client, Developer, and Laravelone.
Developer lists a gig with skills, scope, price, delivery method, and availability.
Developer pays the platform/listing fee and completes profile verification.
Laravelone reviews the profile, performs BGV where required, and publishes eligible gigs.
Client hires the developer and a tracking workspace opens for the engagement.
Project-based work uses milestones, deliverables, client review, and completion records.
Hourly work uses time logs, work notes, and hourly tracking data for billing.
Client pays Laravelone for the approved milestone or hourly billing cycle.
Laravelone deducts platform commission, handles applicable tax records, and disburses the balance to the developer.
Laravelone maintains books, payout statements, invoices, and applicable TDS certificates or statements where legally applicable, such as Form 16A for non-salary payments.
